- Discuss regarding Final Presentation. The content during the discussion includes:-

d) Business Flow
e) Part to reengineering
f) Template
g) Idea (System and MyKad)

- Update and improve our blog. Suggestion:-
a) Includes more pictures related to our subject

Next Step:
- Keep updating blog and improve the environment of the blog based on the ideas and suggestion given.
- Prepare for final presentation

Subject: Tutorial on Case Study
Date:19th and 20th September 2007
Day:Wednesday and Thursday (4-6pm)
Venue:COIT (class)
Description:
- Each members need to read and summarize about the Case Study in Small Business in North-West Tasmania
- Make some discussion regarding this matter.
- Divide the question (each member have been given the specific question by group leader)
- After members complete on their task, the result and answer need to be submit to group leader to be combine for overall conclusion based on the question given.
- Submit the answer to Puan Rosnafisah

- Divide the slide (each member need to present based on their own slide that have been divided)
- Do some correction regarding the slide presentation (the content)
- Discuss the assumptions, challenges and ideas (final discussion)

- We present our project progress includes process flow, template and weekly report
Remark (Suggestion/Comments/Feedback from Puan Ros):
- the re-engineering process must be specific
- after choose the process, the assumption,challenges and also ideas need to be explain based on the process.
For example:
-> If the assumption is in a marketing process, we need to tell that the matter
is in the marketing process. So, there is more clear and audience can understand

- Discuss again about the template and make some correction on that.

Objective: Update our lecturer(Pn. Ros) about our progress work and share the ideas with other audience and also to get feedback and comments from Pn Ros .
Content:To show and explain what actually we have done in few weeks before regarding our project such as company background, activities, project plan, problems and issues occur.

Description/Activities:
a)Divide work to complete and fill up the template.

Remarks:
a)Each of us get their own task to be complete before Wednesday, 15th August 2007.
b)Planning to go for site visit again on 15th August 2007 at 8pm. This is because we need to get more information about this company and their system. Besides that, we paln to take a pictures for our collection if we need it in our next process.
