Week 4 Progress Report
We have met the owner of Dr. Pet Bandar Baru Bangi, Pn Ramlah and had a brief talk with her about the background of the shop. Besides finding out the core processes involve and the usage of IT in the business. From the meeting , we have discovered a few improvements which can be carried out to make the business more effective and efficient.

Good you have made some good progress on your project. Before you start designing your questions, pls make sure you have a claer objective what your project is all about . Design questions that tally to your objectives.
